I overslept and got a late start this morning, which is putting me behind. A and I’s Sunday routine for this year is to head to a local coffee shop and bang out most of our week’s work, which I adore. Because we were running late, I ate the rest of this nut mix on the walk down.

While I was working I had a large nonfat latte,
and a coffee shop sandwich.
Unimpressive. I ate all of the chips, and none of the bread. The base was turkey curry salad with walnuts and red grapes. This is very similar to how I made my own chicken/turkey salads, but it seemed like they had put the meat through a food processor?!?!
On the way home, I grabbed a diet black cherry soda to combat the sudden heat.
I have tons of copies to make, and I need to get to Staples by 7pm so I’m in a bit of a time crunch! The rest of the evenings plans include going back to the coffee shop to do my grading; staying up until god knows when making posters; and eating some quick leftovers for dinner. See you all then!
